This role sits at the intersection of Marketing Strategy, Marketing Operations, Channel teams (Ecom, Paid, Non-Paid), and Product/Technology—ensuring automation and AI capabilities are aligned to strategic priorities, operational workflows, channel performance goals, and technical feasibility. You will bring clarity and structure to complex, cross-functional initiatives—translating business requirements into actionable execution plans and ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and technical delivery. Success in this role means: Marketing, Channel, and Product/Tech teams are aligned on AI and automation priorities. Initiatives are delivered on time with clear ownership and minimal friction. Channel teams adopt new capabilities with clarity and confidence. Leadership has transparent visibility into roadmap progress and impact. AI and automation capabilities are embedded into channel execution workflows.
