About The Position

Manager, Operations Transformation Role Overview Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Manager, Operations Transformation is a highly strategic individual contributor role responsible for shaping and advancing next-generation operating capabilities across Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Variable Compensation. This role is designed to focus on the important but not urgent work required to sustain execution excellence today while intentionally building the capabilities needed to win the future. The Manager will lead AI-enabled transformation, continuous improvement, and operating model evolution by owning complex initiatives end to end and acting as a senior integrator across the Operations organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Variable Compensation, or closely related operational roles.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to work with data to generate insight, diagnose issues, and guide decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging modern operations technologies, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience designing or implementing automation or AI-enabled operational solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and adjacent operations technologies.
  • Experience contributing to enterprise-scale transformation or operating model evolution.

Responsibilities

  • AI-First Transformation & Operating Culture Embed AI-assisted workflows into core operational processes through practical, scalable use cases. Reframe how work is performed by shifting effort from manual execution to AI-augmented analysis and decision-making. Reinforce an operating culture centered on experimentation, learning velocity, and measurable impact.
  • Continuous Improvement, Automation & Standardization Identify and lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives across Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Variable Compensation. Drive automation efforts that meaningfully reduce cycle time, manual effort, and operational risk. Improve consistency and scalability through standardization of core processes, metrics, and reporting.
  • Technology Ecosystem & Future-State Design Assess the current Operations technology landscape and how tools interact across end-to-end workflows. Identify opportunities to better integrate, rationalize, and orchestrate tools into a cohesive ecosystem. Define and articulate a forward-looking vision for next-generation Revenue Operations capabilities in partnership with Global Technology and Global Tools teams.
  • Initiative Ownership & Cross-Functional Leadership Own complex transformation initiatives from problem definition through execution, adoption, and value realization. Serve as a liaison across Operations functions, aligning leaders and driving progress without direct authority. Balance near-term operational improvements with longer-term capability and platform development.
