About The Position

Position summary Drive the programs that keep operations running smoothly at scale. As a Manager, Operations (Program Manager), you’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that protect revenue, uphold standards, and enable the LMD program to grow. You’ll turn complex operational challenges into clear requirements, align partners across Product, Engineering, Policy, Data Science, and Legal, and deliver solutions from strategy through execution—grounded in data, customer insights, and measurable KPIs. About the team The team enables consistent, high-quality execution across the LMD network by defining standards, improving processes, and partnering with technical and policy teams to build scalable solutions. We operate at the intersection of frontline realities and system design—bringing operational needs into roadmaps, tooling, and governance. This role is critical to ensuring operational goals are embedded in how products and processes are built, measured, and continuously improved, so the program can scale while maintaining strong performance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Build standards, playbooks, and toolkits that improve execution consistency across the network.
  • Translate operational needs into product, policy, and system requirements; represent Operations with cross-functional partners.
  • Drive alignment on roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery plans to ensure operational goals are reflected in system design.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs to measure impact and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using operational data, customer insights, and market trends.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
