Position Overview: We are currently seeking determined Manager, Partnership Operations who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. As a Regional Partner Manager, you will focus on managing and developing Regional partners. The Regional Partner Manager will report directly to the Director of Dealer Sales. This is a field based role.

Requirements

  • High energy, great organization skills and uncompromising integrity
  • 4+years of successful sales experience (experience in alarm/telemarketing industry is strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years of Indirect/Channel/Dealer Sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding objectives.
  • The ability to build rapport, to outline a buying vision, to challenge the status quo and to position Brinks Home Security as a strategic partner
  • Experience establishing and executing on sales plans with partners including managing to KPIs.
  • Experience working in a field based sales position.
  • Confident communicator with active listening skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support partner interactions
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Organized, focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual targets
  • Create, communicate, and execute against sales strategy and territory plans
  • Develop proficiency on all products and solutions
  • Report in Salesforce CRM to drive behavior and document actions
  • Manage and develop current partner to grow expansion opportunity
  • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to Director
  • Accurately forecast upcoming sales performance to sales leadership and executive team
  • Assess activity level performance against expectations
  • Contribute to building a positive team culture where people thrive
