Overview The Manager, Payor Management will be primary owner for all functions related to the development and management of all CPR+ Payors. The Manager, Payor Management will work cross-functionally with Intake, Operations and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure the use of CPR+ is optimized. Additional role responsibilities are in support of payor management both internally and externally. This position reports to the National Director of Contracting and will have a supportive role in the to develop of strategies and contract implementation resources for the Managed Care, Revenue Cycle Management, and Intake departments.

Responsibilities

CPR+ Payor File Management – Create new and maintain existing payor files
Manage all CPR+ Payor requests
Develop strategy with National Director of Contracting to maximize CPR+ Payor Set up
Request and maintain all Payor Specific Fee Schedule updates within CPR+
Maintain Payor portal enrollment – non-Medicaid
Help maintain Contract [Contracts@infucarerx.com]s group mailbox
Support Medicaid Enrollment – new and existing
Act as a Primary Payor Liaison for RCM Team; root cause and triage as needed
Develop and maintain CPR+ Payor Training for Intake
Support the development of Payor related resources for RCM and Intake
Work with National Director Contracting, RDMC to develop contract implementation resources
Work with the National Director Contracting to develop polices and procedures for CPR+ Payor Management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
