About The Position

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence across the People Technology ecosystem. The Manager will oversee the organization’s core HCM platform and related applications, ensuring they meet business needs and enable workforce effectiveness. Acting as a bridge between People, IT, Finance, Payroll, and other teams, you will translate complex business requirements into technology solutions and deliver actionable insights through people analytics. You will lead a team of People Technology professionals, mentor and develop talent, and champion continuous improvement and innovation. The position requires both strategic vision and practical execution, balancing system optimization, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering high-impact solutions that improve employee experience and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in People Technology administration, implementation, and optimization.
  • Deep expertise as a platform owner of Oracle Fusion HCM, including system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and access management.
  • Experience managing complex People Technology projects from concept to completion, including requirements gathering, testing, and integration.
  • Strong skills in people analytics, reporting, and data visualization; proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher is a plus.
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HCM system workflows, integrations, HDL processes, and security frameworks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering high-quality service and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing People Technology team, fostering growth, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform, ensuring system health, security, performance, and optimal user experience.
  • Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of HCM and other People applications while minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Manage system configuration, roles, permissions, and integrations to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and other teams to design, implement, and optimize People Technology solutions.
  • Deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and reports that transform people data into actionable business insights.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, ensuring timely resolution and expert guidance.
  • Lead change management initiatives, develop documentation and training materials, and promote technology adoption across the organization.
  • Ensure enterprise-wide compliance and rigorous security controls across all People Technology systems.
