The leader of the ad operations team is accountable for business execution, yield management, and team growth. They translate & refine vision into executable strategy & tactics for the performance marketing team. This role leads Flipp's internal media agency, positioning it as the external facing media science expert for strategic planning and ad operations execution. Operating at both a strategic and tactical level, this role works closely with direct reports to manage projects, deliver results, take action through insight, and improve platform capability and process.
