Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) is seeking a detail-oriented and operations-focused professional to join our growing organization as Manager, POS Systems & SOP Governance. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and auditing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Point of Sale (POS) systems across Food & Beverage and Merchandise operations throughout DBH venues. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, systems knowledge, and a passion for standardization and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. DBH is a high-paced and in a period of rapid growth. It is expected that the candidate works to install better workflow processes as DBH continues to grow. Position Summary The Manager, POS Systems & SOP Governance serves as the primary owner of POS-related SOPs, ensuring consistent operational standards, system accuracy, compliance, and best practices across all DBH properties. This role partners closely with Food & Beverage, Merchandise, IT, Finance, Business Operations and Club leadership to ensure POS systems and procedures support operational excellence, data integrity, and revenue optimization.
