About the position

Powered by premium video content, robust data, and advanced technology, we’re making it easier for buyers and sellers to transact across all screens, data types, and sales channels. As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world. The Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic adoption of new products. This includes creating frameworks for product awareness (pre-launch), appetite (during launch), and acceptance (post-launch). Collaborating with Product Marketing on testing, launch goals, performance metrics, and growth strategies. Empowering sales teams to effectively position and pitch new products. Centralizing client feedback to inform commercial and product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define sales tactics and governance for product launches, migrations, and sunsets.
  • Guide cross-functional strategies for product testing, positioning, and performance measurement.
  • Translate technical specs into business-friendly language for sales teams.
  • Equip sellers with solutions-based selling strategies and future-state use cases.
  • Develop expertise in client UX and respond strategically to feedback.
  • Track product adoption KPIs and generate actionable insights.
  • Deliver executive briefings on launch performance and client feedback.
  • Provide business case recommendations for product roadmap planning.
  • Collaborate with segment and commercial strategists to align product features with client needs.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of programmatic CTV advertising.
  • Trusted by senior commercial leaders and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experienced in go-to-market strategy development with sales and product marketing teams.
  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
