As the Product Owner for the Capital One Letters Platform, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and development of a new, automated enterprise platform for all company correspondence. This includes unifying scattered letter-generation systems, vendor solutions, and manual processes into a single, streamlined platform, collaborating with Servicing Strategy to identify and implement increased paperless enrollment across customers, managing the product backlog and priorities for two dedicated engineering teams, and supporting Card Letters LOBs across the launch and iteration of customer communications.
