About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager to define the future of how agents interact with documents, with a focus on intelligent, efficient, and discovery-driven experiences. As part of the team responsible for the ingestion, management, and access of customer documents, you will lead a tech team in reimagining document viewing to empower agents with smarter tools and insights. You will work to deeply understand agent workflows and identify pain points across document-related interactions, turning these into practical, high-impact solutions that reduce servicing effort and improve the agent experience. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work alongside engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver a document intelligence platform that highlights the important information for agents when working a case, reduces friction in servicing workflows, and enables proactive document insights. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
