As part of the Rules Platform Team, you'll help us build our next generation platform for creating, managing and executing business rules operating at unprecedented scale. You'll work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders around the company as you help us design and deliver cutting edge tools that make it easy to leverage rules to make business decisions.

  • Lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs to drive the long term vision for your product.
  • Turn customer insights into actionable strategies that will define the priorities for your team and rally your stakeholders to your vision.
  • Own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes.
  • Define KPIs for your product and measure and track to those measures, adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates.
  • Have an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem.
  • Work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions.
  • Rally your teams and senior stakeholders to your product vision and proactively leverage relationships throughout the ecosystem.
  • Attract and retain top talent to your team and mentor and develop associates on their product career.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
