Manager, Product Management - Workday

Responsibilities

• Lead the HCM team's efforts to modernize our Workday HCM and Financial applications
• Identify, validate, and prioritize Workday platform opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct input with the user community, business, and technical partners
• Use your domain knowledge to ideate and design a scalable and robust, full platform experience for Associates, HCM, and Financials user communities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
• 1+ year of experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials
• 1+ year of experience with Kainos Platform Experience
