About The Position

This role is a key member of the Americas Client Services Team, focusing exclusively on our Programmatic Business. Operating as a player/coach, this individual will manage their own book of programmatic business while also managing a team of Programmatic Services Managers, who each have their own book of business. The primary goal of this role is to drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring best-in-class delivery and performance across all programmatic business.

  • You have solid communication skills and be confident communicating with other areas of the business
  • You’re very analytical. You can organize and process large amounts of data and turn these into actionable items
  • You proactively anticipate client needs and are committed to consistently exceeding service expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Programmatic Services Managers, including performance management and professional growth.
  • Own escalation management and ensure successful launch, optimization, and delivery of programmatic campaigns that meet client KPIs.
  • Manage a personal book of high-value programmatic accounts while modeling best-in-class campaign execution.
  • Partner with Sales and Product to improve workflows, share client insights, and influence overall business strategy.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights, standardized best practices, proactive communication, and industry expertise.
