POSITION SUMMARY Lead and execute clinical optimization strategies across a portfolio of practices to improve adoption, radiologist capacity, efficiency, and satisfaction outcomes. Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting that highlight productivity, workflow, and revenue cycle impact areas. Identify clinical and revenue optimization opportunities by location, region, and subspecialty trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Partner cross-functionally to enhance analytics infrastructure, reporting tools, and data quality - ensuring reliable performance measurement and visibility. Provide data-driven consultation and ad-hoc analytical support to practice leaders, conduct quality assurance on large data sets, and implement process improvements that drive measurable results. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
