As Regulatory, Manager at OnLogic, you will lead the strategy and execution that ensures our hardware developments meet global standards for industrial, medical, and computer equipment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a regulatory environment, with demonstrated experience leading a team or managing complex global processes.
  • Extensive experience with IT computer Safety and EMC standards (e.g., EN 55032, 55035, 62368-1) and international country-specific variants.
  • Proven expertise in wireless product certification for North America and Europe, specifically for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular technologies.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Global Compliance team to develop and manage technical documentation for all sourced or developed products.
  • Coordinating Product Safety, EMC, and RF testing with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) such as UL, Intertek, and TUV.
  • Directing the team in performing product evaluations to applicable safety standards including UL/IEC 62368-1, 61010, and 60601-1.
  • Advancing company strategy by growing our geographical footprint and managing Global Market Access for countries including China, India, Taiwan, Australia, and others.
  • Providing the design team with high-level guidance on best practices for EMC defensive design and mitigation at the PCB level.
  • Tracking and improving the regulatory team's key performance indicators (KPIs) while implementing tools to automate compliance data management.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to identify and evaluate new product opportunities and regulatory pathways.
