The Manager, Retail POS will be responsible for creating brand POS and POP concepts to better serve our customers' needs and consumer behaviors. They will constantly gather the external market to bring insights and recommendations to the team, be accountable for creating and delivering impactful presentations used to educate field sales and influence leadership, and consistently demonstrate a passion for our consumers and customers while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment and functioning in an agile environment of constant change. Your ‘day to day’: Build partnerships with new vendors and manage existing POS vendors. Design and lead planning and execution of all new POS and support tools. Lead relationship with strategic vendor partner(s) that design, create, build, and deploy POS and POP. Participate in material and finish selection, research and development work in collaboration with Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams. Build and deliver compelling and influential presentations to sales, marketing, and leadership. Identify, design, and propose innovative solutions specific to POS and POP. Travel to sales customers to evaluate opportunities and present to key accounts. Responsible for managing POS inventories, budgets, and purchase orders. Lead and oversee all field marketing budgets (forecasting, budgets, and finance). Manage merchandising communication with Field Sales leadership. Travel quarterly to preferred vendor(s).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required.
3-5 years of experience in Sales and or Marketing in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales preferred.
Ability to manage multi-faceted departments and work cross-functionally.
Intelligence, highly self-motivated, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, build strong internal and external communication.
Well-developed communication skills (oral, written, computer - excel, PowerPoint.)
Fluent in English
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
