As the Manager, Retirement Operations, you will provide leadership, coaching and development to a team of retirement plan processors as part of the Retirement Plan Operations team. You will direct and oversee the management of assigned financial processing of complex data and financial transactions, ensuring that all information is complete and in good order. You will provide hands on leadership to your team with a focus on policy adherence, procedure usage, and the ownership and adherence of critical metrics such as productivity. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the operations teams while collaborating with your peers across the Retirement Plan Services organization. You will provide ongoing support and development of the cross-functional operating model for the fast based environment, overseeing hiring, performance management, training and cross-training opportunities.
