About The Position

As a leader within the Stitch Fix Revenue and Margin Management team, you will tackle high-stakes business challenges that directly impact our bottom line. You will drive innovation by building the frameworks that define our financial future. Join us as we pioneer new business models and leverage data science to disrupt the traditional retail landscape. As the Revenue & Margin Manager, you are the strategic architect of our promotional and pricing ecosystem. You are responsible for the end-to-end tactical execution and optimization of our revenue-driving events. Reporting to the Director of Revenue & Margin Management, you will act as a key bridge between Merchandising, Finance, Data Science, and Product leadership to influence the evolution of our pricing and markdown strategies.

Requirements

  • You bring 8-12 years of experience in retail/e-commerce planning, pricing strategy, or revenue management (with a track record of increasing responsibility).
  • You possess advanced analytical skills (SQL, Looker, or Tableau) and can translate massive data sets into actionable executive narratives.
  • You are an expert in Excel, and have a general understanding of Anaplan.
  • You don't just find problems; you design the structured, data-driven solutions to solve them.
  • You are a natural communicator who can influence Senior Leadership and navigate complex cross-functional roadblocks with ease.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, working independently to drive projects from ideation to execution.
  • You are bright, kind, and motivated by the challenge of building something that has never been built before.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for the Everyday Sale Shop, optimizing for frequency, basket size, and sell-through of permanent markdowns.
  • Lead the development of promotional forecasting models, significantly improving accuracy across client metrics, margins, and inventory trends.
  • Lead a diverse array of stakeholders—including Engineering, Algorithms, Marketing, and Operations—to implement complex, high-impact revenue strategies.
  • Build the processes, tools, and best practices required to set and execute margin objectives tailored to the unique needs of each business unit.
  • Partner with Data Science to support and refine Algorithmic Inventory Pricing models that align with our overarching financial goals.
  • Set and deliver clear performance targets for markdown events, diagnosing business gaps and mobilizing teams to address them.
  • Design the margin forecasting framework for the entire Merchandising organization and lead the training and implementation of these standards.

Benefits

  • We offer comprehensive compensation packages and inclusive health and wellness benefits.
