What you’ll be doing: Partner across Sales Leadership, and other key stakeholders to lead the strategic build of the Key Performance Indicator program. Work together closely with Sales and Sales effectiveness teams for gathering KPI program business requirements, aligning requirements to the sales process and evaluating effectiveness of KPI selections against expected selling outcomes. Interact with Sales VPs, Effectiveness, and Front Line Managers to develop and support coaching reports. Maintain KPI program reporting environment within PowerBI and continually seek new toolsets available to improve KPI program. Ensure KPI (and associated) reporting, analytics, and final deliverables are accurately completed, thoroughly vetted/validated, and approved according to established schedules and processes. Develop and enhance training materials and additional resources for the field to provide a comprehensive understanding of how their KPI program operates and is reported. Proactively identify areas in need of improvement; partner with stakeholders to craft resolutions, new processes, and impactful updates; and be accountable to develop and carry out long-term action plans. Participate in establishing and documenting best practices, templates, policies, and tools to promote greater consistency and expand and scale Staples capabilities.
