About The Position

Lead high-impact talent programmes at HKSTP, Hong Kong’s premier I&T ecosystem, to attract and develop top tertiary students, graduates, and emerging talent—building strong pipelines for our ecosystem and partner companies.   The Position Plan, execute, and improve talent programmes, including management approval, stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, efficient delivery, target setting and effectiveness measurement. Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and career journey. Manage execution of full-cycle recruitment for HKSTP talent programmes, including planning, candidate sourcing, assessment, offers, onboarding, engagement. Design and deliver engaging talent activities/events for students and graduates. Build and manage partnerships with universities, youth organisations, government, research bodies, NGOs, and partner companies Contribute to recruitment strategies, market trends, selection methods, and AI tools to improve the talent recruitment and development process Provide strategic support to enhance partner companies’ recruitment and engagement. Lead and develop the team to achieve programme goals and KPIs Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience in talent acquisition, talent development, or programme management.
  • Strong campus recruitment experience (local & international).
  • Established network in tertiary education sectors (GBA, Mainland China, and/or overseas).
  • Experience with ATS and AI recruitment tools.
  • Proven stakeholder relationship-building and able to build rapport with all levels of staff and stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with strong multitasking.
  • Excellent English, Putonghua, and Cantonese (written & spoken).
