We are seeking an outcome-oriented Site Merchandising Manager to own the digital shopping journey across Salomon’s eCommerce platform. This role leads key levers of product discovery – including search, navigation, sort orders, filters, and recommendations – to drive conversion and revenue optimization. You will manage and develop a growing team while delivering measurable gains in engagement, conversion, and revenue. Working cross-functionally with global and regional Digital, Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Merchandising partners, you will champion product discovery, ensuring the right products are surfaced to the right customers at the right time. This role is both strategic and hands-on, blending analytical rigor with creative merchandising to deliver a best-in-class online experience.
