About The Position

Join a collaborative, tech-enabled team using data, analytics, and current engineering to boost asset performance and sustainability. You’ll turn metrics into action, lead a high-performing team, and deliver projects that strengthen infrastructure and reduce environmental impact—shift after shift. What you’ll do: Facilities and utilities: Keep campus-critical systems running through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; ensure uninterrupted utilities for cGMP operations and respond to BMS alarms 24/7. Maintenance excellence: Build and optimize PM programs, follow KPIs, and lift uptime and asset health. Work management: Partner with Planning and Scheduling; drive accurate CMMS (SAP) data and effective work execution. Materials and spares: Set stocking and reordering strategies to protect reliability. Projects: Lead facilities capital projects from plan to handover—on scope, budget, schedule, and sustainability targets. Construction and commissioning: Oversee reviews, permitting, commissioning, and collaborator communications for safe, smooth delivery. Vendors and contracts: Source, debate, and lead to quality and value. Compliance and quality: Ensure cGxP/FDA/SOP adherence; handle changes, deviations, and training/qualification. Investigations and safety: Lead root cause analyses; champion SHE, hazard assessments, training, and PPE. Sustainability and CI: Cut carbon, waste, and cost; optimize energy and resources with partner teams. People leadership: Coach technicians, engineers, and contractors; build capability and strong cross-functional ties. Site stewardship: Contribute to site planning, procedures, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; brief senior stakeholders.
