About The Position

GTreasury, now a Ripple solution, was acquired by Ripple in 2025, marking a significant expansion into the multi-trillion-dollar corporate finance arena. GTreasury has more than 40 years of experience supporting some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated companies. Integrating its treasury command center into Ripple’s technology stack gives corporates the ability to move, manage and optimize liquidity in real-time, across traditional and digital assets, under one expanded umbrella. Join us to build the future of corporate treasury and the infrastructure that powers the Internet of Value. The Opportunity No one has built this before. Corporate treasury teams today face an impossible choice: stick with traditional treasury platforms that cannot handle digital assets, or adopt crypto-native tools that lack enterprise treasury fundamentals. You will lead the engineering effort to eliminate that trade-off — integrating Ripple's digital asset capabilities directly into the Ripple Treasury platform in close collaboration with Ripple's core digital assets team. This is a greenfield role. You will work alongside an established infrastructure engineer and a product lead, building out a team of up to four full-stack developers. Direction may shift daily as the team discovers what works. There is no playbook and no market comparable. You will define how digital assets integrate into corporate treasury workflows — and in doing so, help define a new category of enterprise software.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background in .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring, coaching, and building engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to ship software in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — you have built products where requirements were unclear or changing rapidly
  • Production experience in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain — you have shipped systems handling real financial transactions or digital asset operations
  • Comfort with pioneering work — you thrive when the playbook hasn't been written yet and find energy in defining new approaches
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — ability to work closely with multi-functional partners including product managers, compliance teams, and external engineering teams
  • Hands-on leadership orientation — willingness and ability to write production code alongside your team, especially in the early stages of team building

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity with blockchain protocols, digital asset custody, tokenization, or cross-border settlement systems
  • Experience with XRP Ledger, RLUSD, or Ripple's product ecosystem
  • Background in corporate treasury, treasury management systems, or enterprise financial software
  • Experience integrating traditional financial infrastructure with digital asset platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for digital asset products in financial services

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital assets integration engineering effort — architect and build the systems that connect Ripple's digital asset capabilities (XRP, RLUSD, tokenized assets, custody, cross-border settlement) into Ripple Treasury's enterprise platform.
  • Build and lead a team of up to four full-stack .NET developers, hiring, coaching, and growing engineers while remaining deeply hands-on with code.
  • Ship working software daily — lead a fast-paced Kanban workflow where the team builds, presents, iterates, and adapts direction based on takeaways and partner feedback.
  • Collaborate directly with Ripple's core digital assets team to understand protocol capabilities, integration points, and roadmap alignment.
  • Design full-stack solutions spanning .NET backend services and Angular or React frontends, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, and auditability.
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence — make sound engineering decisions with incomplete information, course-correct quickly, and keep the team productive through rapid pivots.
  • Partner with product, compliance, and treasury domain experts to translate emerging requirements into shippable features that meet the needs of Fortune 500 CFOs and treasurers.
  • Define engineering practices for the team — establish coding standards, review processes, testing strategies, and deployment patterns appropriate for a fast-moving, pioneering effort.
