Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill this role. Help the Chief of Staff and CFO lead a high-functioning management team and facilitate alignment across the organization. Ensure priority projects continue moving forward and achieve their intended outcome. Develop content and support colleague programs that align to the Finance communications and colleague engagement strategy Interpret complex concepts and translate them into clear written messaging and visual designs Support management processes and multiple priorities, as well as handle confidential matters Support key financial processes including but not limited to owning a number of cost centers, supporting enterprise earnings & BOD processes and other ad hoc financial projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years experience communicating and presenting effectively to complete projects independently and on time skills, conveying information clearly to diverse audience
  • 1+ years experience creating project plans and managing multiple, simultaneous long-term projects successfully
  • 1+ years experience in project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Expert or willing to learn Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10% to Hartford, Woonsocket, Boston and additional locations as needed
  • 5+ years working experience
  • Bachelors degree required in business, technical or related field.

  • Ability to build relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, focusing on enhancing departmental outcomes
  • Ability to work within a climate of ambiguity
  • Knowledge of Finance initiatives, meeting cadence and the Finance organization including connections to Finance leaders
  • Prior experience in web design and basic knowledge of graphic design
  • Proven ability to complete projects independently and on time
