About The Position

As a Manager, you will leverage data, analytical methods, and strategic thinking to discover insights about food & beverage operations for a global financial services company. Your curiosity and intellect will help you uncover meaningful insights to improve the guest experience, financial results, and operational efficiency. You’ll get to see your work in action, measuring the outcomes of implementing your recommendations first-hand. You won’t be alone – you will work with over 100 data & analytics colleagues to deploy our proprietary products, identify new opportunities, and oversee ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
  • Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of thinking strategically and delivering actionable insights
  • Advanced data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred, but not required (e.g., Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps)

Responsibilities

  • Automate reporting and create interactive dashboards for the client and operations team
  • Explore operational, financial, and experiential data from internal and external sources with curiosity
  • Think strategically about how to measure performance and recommend changes that will improve KPIs, operational processes, financial outcomes, and the guest experience
  • Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and business objectives
  • Learn the inner workings of the client’s locations, including physical configuration, technology, and operational processes
  • Report operational and financial metrics and calculate the economic and experiential impact of your work
  • Manage and/or complete ad hoc analytics projects that will benefit the client or operations team
  • Communicate frequently and clearly to ensure your efforts align with the account’s operations executives and the E15 Director of Strategy and Analytics
