About The Position

Job Summary: The Manager of Supply Chain will be part of the Omnichannel Fulfillment business team whose mission is to drive positive customer experience, revenue growth, and cost to fill efficiencies within Digital Retail Same day Pickup, Same day Delivery, and Shipping fulfillment channels. The position is critical to Walgreens acceleration of Digital/Omnichannel convenience strategy and will be responsible for advancing change and collaborating across Business, Product, and IT functional areas. This includes leading large scale strategic initiatives to innovate in Omni fulfillment, day to day and long term tactical and operational planning, complex analysis of tradeoffs between service and profitability, process optimization, issue triage/root causing/solutioning. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.

Nice To Haves

MBA/Master's Degree.
APICS CSCP Certification.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day activities of a group of employees.
