About The Position

Visa is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Governance & Enablement for our Contingent Labor Team. This strategic leader will work closely with Hiring Managers and leaders on all aspects of the contingent hiring process. This position will need to have someone that is talent-oriented and organizationally minded in order to take on the fast-based contingent environment that is continuously evolving and changing to drive change and ensure effective implementation of our Contingent Labor strategy at a Global level. She/he will have a client centric mindset and will be instrumental in ensuring that the client experience is closely tied to our Talent Acquisition capabilities. Must have MSP and VMS experience, preferably with SAP Fieldglass.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Must have MSP and VMS experience, preferably with SAP Fieldglass.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 8+ years’ experience in Contract Labor field, with a strong awareness of Procurement strategies, including:
  • Working with Talent Acquisition on contract hire positions
  • Contract experience with Fixed (SOW) as well as Time & Material (T&M) engagements, Freelance (“gig worker”) models
  • Experience working with On-Demand Labor Platforms (contracting with Independent Contractors)
  • Service Provider rights or OEM terms
  • Strong contract redlining skills and understanding of commercial and legal contract terms, including those related to permanent or contractor hires
  • Strong risk analysis skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in all relevant business units
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, help stakeholders understand critical decision points, work quickly to assist the business in time-bound projects, and gracefully handle unanticipated business and supplier changes that require changes to procurement strategies
  • Clear oral and written English communication skills
  • Experience in supplier evaluation and RFP/RFI/RFx score-carding
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and procurement tools and systems including Contract Lifecycle
  • This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology
  • Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute key strategic initiatives to optimize MSP program performance, including:
  • Service offerings to new markets (e.g., APAC, LAC, etc).
  • Implement process improvements for change management.
  • Overhaul rate cards, contract templates, and knowledge articles (resources) to enhance efficiency, program socialization, and transparency.
  • Develop cost-saving strategies, analyze, and advise business users of cost impacts with workforce decisions (FTE vs. Contractor & Brightfield Insights).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
  • (Legal, Finance, Sourcing, TA, Cyber Security) and MSP partners (AGS) to drive successful project implementation, business process change, and achieve business objectives for FY 25 and beyond.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Visa SOX & Data Privacy) by participating in audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • In coordination with the CWSO Director, develop and enforce program systems access provisioning protocols
  • Manage daily operational activities of the MSP program including monitoring service delivery performance to SLAs/KPIs.
  • Manage Tier 1 escalation responses and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee resource allocation and approvals for BPO support.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis for headcount and trends to senior leadership.
  • Develop program data dashboard for enhanced visibility of vendor management and performance to improve program agility and decision-making.
  • Streamline processes and optimize workflows (Program automation).
  • Maintain up to date knowledge resources and documentation for the MSP Program.
