About The Position

Software Finder is looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead the execution of recruitment operations and ensure the organization consistently hires high-quality talent within optimal timelines. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, maintaining recruitment standards, and ensuring the defined interview and evaluation framework is followed across all departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience working closely with hiring managers and ensuring interview process discipline.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all assigned roles, from requisition approval to offer roll-out.
  • Ensure the organization hires top-quality talent while maintaining optimal time-to-hire across all open positions.
  • Ensure the defined interview and evaluation process is consistently followed by hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment timelines.
  • Lead sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and proactive headhunting.
  • Conduct screening interviews and HR evaluations to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company culture.
  • Manage and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring strong execution across sourcing, screening, and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently hired and critical roles.
  • Support recruitment forecasting by tracking hiring pipelines and upcoming workforce requirements.
  • Drive and participate in employer branding initiatives, including university partnerships, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience through timely communication and structured hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and hiring reports for leadership review.
