The Manager, Talent Management – Succession, Engagement & Assessment Strategy manages enterprise processes that identify, develop, and sustain leadership bench strength, in addition to managing our listening strategy. This role will be part of the Talent & Engagement Center of Excellence and partner closely with the with the broader HR organization, Talent Partners, HR Business Partners in executing on an overall strategy to help ensure the organization has the current and future capabilities needed to achieve organizational priorities. This role is accountable for co-designing and managing global talent reviews processes, succession planning initiatives, and high-potential identification frameworks, as well as overseeing the enterprise assessment strategy. The manager applies deep expertise in psychometrics to ensure that all talent practices are rigorous, fair, and strategically aligned. The role will also be responsible for coordinating colleague engagement efforts related to our listening strategy. This role provides critical insights to senior leaders, Talent Partners, and HR partners, enabling informed decisions on future leadership pipelines and critical roles.
