About The Position

Oversees enterprise telecommunications strategy and operations across 34 hospitals and 800 ambulatory locations. Ensures optimal performance of VoIP and Digital PBX systems while managing vendor relationships. Provides leadership for telecom initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or
  • 7 years related work experience
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Expertise in VoIP and PBX systems.
  • Vendor Management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement telecommunications strategies for multi-site healthcare system within complex telecommunication environment.
  • Manage VoIP and Digital PBX infrastructure and ensure high availability.
  • Coordinate with telecom carriers and third-party vendors for service delivery.
  • Lead budgeting and procurement for telecom projects.
  • Manage a large team of professionals at both the technician and analyst levels.
