We encourage developing and attracting expertise that differentiates us as a company as we continue to raise the bar.Job SummaryThe Manager, Compliance supports Compass Group North America’s Third-Party Compliance program by executing Third-Party Due Diligence and integrity controls across the third-party lifecycle. Reporting into the Third-Party Compliance function, this role works closely with the Director of Third-Party Compliance to ensure third-party risk management processes are consistently applied, well-documented, and audit-ready. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on executing due diligence, risk assessments, monitoring, and documentation in support of compliant sourcing, onboarding, contracting, and ongoing third-party relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, compliance, risk management, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-7 Years experience in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Procurement, Audit, or Governance-related roles.
  • Working knowledge of Third-Party Due Diligence, integrity risk assessment, and compliance controls.
  • Familiarity with anti-corruption and ethical compliance principles related to third-party engagements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator who can work collaboratively in a cross-functional, process-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multi-layered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute third-party integrity due diligence activities, including intake, screening, risk assessment, mitigation documentation, and approval support.
  • Ensure due diligence requirements are completed prior to onboarding, contract execution, renewal, payment, master data setup, or completion of RFP and sourcing decisions.
  • Conduct integrity risk reviews (e.g., sanctions, watchlists, adverse media, ownership, conflicts of interest) using designated compliance tools.
  • Support enhanced due diligence for higher-risk engagements, including review of questionnaires, ethical audit evidence, and corrective action plans.
  • Support ongoing monitoring activities, including alert review, disposition, and documentation.
  • Escalate high-risk, sanctions-related, or material integrity issues to the Director of Third-Party Compliance, Legal, and Ethics & Integrity teams in accordance with policy.
  • Partner with Procurement and business stakeholders to embed Third-Party compliance requirements into sourcing and RFP processes.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation supporting Third-Party risk decisions.
  • Support internal audits, assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives related to third-party compliance.
