Responsibilities

Ensures the dirt racing surfaces are safe for horse racing activities
Manages the staff and processes involved in the maintenance of the Arapahoe Park facilities
Plan and implements methods and tactics to improve operations, minimize costs, and maximize the use of facilities
Hire, train, and develop track maintenance staff
Works with the Executive Director of Operations to prioritize and manage projects and budgets
Responsible for the management and maintenance of all equipment including company vehicles and tractors
