The Manager, Value-Based Care (VBC) Enablement will serve as both a subject matter expert, operational lead and/or the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts. This role blends value-based care consulting, interim management, operational excellence, analytics and product enablement — ensuring clients fully adopt, integrate, and achieve measurable value from our population health management platform (ARC) and related consulting services. As the day-to-day point of contact for key clients and/or a SME or workstream leader, you will oversee onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction of clients, while identifying opportunities for growth and expanded engagement for clients. You’ll work closely with client executives, internal delivery teams, product management, and sales to align strategy, deliver results, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategic advisory and hands-on execution — combining deep knowledge of value-based payment and population health with strong relationship management, problem-solving, and operational leadership skills.
