About the position

As the Wholesale Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Reebok's brand presence and drive sell-through at key wholesale partners across the U.S. This role sits at the intersection of brand and retail—supporting account-specific storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and 360° activation strategies. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Creative, and Digital teams to deliver compelling, channel-appropriate executions that strengthen our partnerships and position Reebok as a brand of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-specific marketing plans for priority wholesale partners (e.g., DSW, Journeys, Foot Locker, JD Sports, and more)
  • Own seasonal marketing calendars and go-to-market plans across for all wholesale partners
  • Collaborate with Sales to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and sell-in priorities
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate marketing strategies and campaign results clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Partner with Creative and Brand Marketing teams to brief and develop assets tailored to each retail partner’s consumer and platform
  • Manage retail activations including in-store displays, digital placements, social partnerships, and branded events
  • Track and analyze the performance of wholesale marketing efforts to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time and on brand
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, retail trends, and emerging opportunities within the wholesale landscape

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or trade marketing, preferably within footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of wholesale retail dynamics, shopper marketing, and channel segmentation
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and vendor/retail relationships
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and turn insights into action
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Familiarity with retail media platforms and digital shelf optimization
