Under administrative direction assists the Director with the development and implementation of policies and programs concerning property management of Secretary of State offices and facilities, working with outside entities, building relationships on behalf of the Secretary of State with outside entities, agency staff and Secretary of State personnel to promote and assure compliance with current directives, policies, procedures, laws and regulations; investigates complaints, inquiries and infractions and may issue notices of non-compliance for violations thereof. Requires frequent travel to facilities within the area. Exemption 5c3 approved by Merit Commission.
