Job Description: This job is responsible for building strategic partnerships with Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, board members and other key decision-makers within targeted client groups. Key responsibilities include being able to provide creative, value-added ideas and solutions based on client needs. Job expectations include possessing a broad range of product knowledge to represent and coordinate the delivery of the full range of Global Corporate and Investment Banking capabilities for priority clients.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking or Investment Banking
• In depth knowledge of the Insurance and Insurance Brokerage industry
• Strong client relationships with proven business results
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strategic and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a fast paced environment
• Strong team player who can work across a firm at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to understand client financial objectives, analyze financing options and credit risk
• Ability to effectively interact with and the ability to work and communicate effectively with the immediate team, product partners and important clients
• Strong team player, willing to learn and assume responsibility and be enthusiastic about becoming a member of a successful and growing team

Responsibilities

• This role will lead and manage many of the largest and most sophisticated client relationships within the Insurance and Insurance Brokerage sectors.
• The clients are global and require coverage by someone who is a leader in the sector with a global and strategic perspective.
• This role functions as the key point of contact for the client in delivering the firm.
• Collaborating with and leading teams of product and banking partners locally and globally is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the sector, as well as of capital markets, treasury services and risk management products and how they are used by these clients is required.
• A proven track record of driving revenue, cross selling, responsibly growing our balance sheet and being a strong culture carrier and role model are essential.
