About The Position
An asset-first investment platform focused on capital protection and structured asset allocation. Through a proprietary Bucket Model, stable assets create a protective base from which capital is strategically deployed into operating businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. The firm prioritizes disciplined asset structuring and sustainable long-term value creation. The Managing Director provides overall strategic leadership of the platform while defining and executing the firms investment thesis and capital architecture. The Managing Director acts as both strategic leader and chief architect of the firms capital strategy. This role combines executive direction, portfolio design, and investor engagement
Requirements
- Senior executive experience in investments, asset management, or structured finance
- Proven expertise in portfolio construction and capital structuring
- Strong track record in investor relations and capital raising
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership presence
Responsibilities
- Lead the firms strategic direction and growth initiatives
- Define and evolve the investment and asset allocation framework
- Design portfolio structures balancing stability and expansion capital
- Oversee capital deployment and risk-return optimization
- Represent the firm with investors and lead capital raising efforts
- Operating through a lean structure supported by specialized external partners
