About The Position
WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Managing Director to drive the growth and success of our financial advisory team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial services, combined with proven leadership capabilities, aiming to elevate both their practice and the practices of our advisors. In this role, you will focus on building, mentoring, and leading a team of dedicated financial advisors, fostering a collaborative environment geared towards high performance and exceptional client service. You will also maintain and grow your own portfolio of clients, serving as a model for excellence within the organization. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in financial services with a demonstrated track record of building a successful personal practice.
- Active Life and Health License required.
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support for licensing available).
- Strong history of client development, financial planning, and relationship management.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others and building cohesive teams.
- Business-driven and growth-oriented mindset, with a focus on strategic planning.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
