This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, real autonomy, and the chance to build a high‑performing team in one of the most dynamic markets in Florida. Requirements

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty (2‑20) license (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/industry experience
• 4–7+ years of experience in the wholesale insurance industry
• Proven leadership, sales, and operational success
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
• Willingness to be on‑site in Tampa and travel as needed (up to 50%)
