About The Position

By following Standard Operating Procedures, the primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Assembler (ECR) is the detailed assembly and production of medical device components within an Environmental Clean Room. May be required to work at different stations within ECR, using various equipment and machinery. Other duties include: Material handling (assembly line stocking). Gathering raw materials from warehouse when needed. Routine quality inspection of products and all incoming raw materials from Warehouse ECR cleaning and organization May be required to pack and palletize finished goods or work-in-process. Operating to applicable areas of the Quality system as required by the Company’s Training Matrix Will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives in order to enhance production processes to achieve quality and profitability metrics.

Requirements

• Dexterity and ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to perform repetitive work while standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to work under pressure, quickly and efficiently
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow written procedures, as well as ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
• Ability to operate basic equipment, follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations
• Ability to work under pressure, productively and cooperatively as part of a manufacturing assembly team
• A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous Medical device assembly experience (with ECR) preferred
