KX Technologies is a leading manufacturer of water filters for the residential market. We are seeking skilled manufacturing workers to join our 2nd shift team. The Operator 2 position requires experience working in light manufacturing, working on automated or semi-automated assembly lines, and experience working as part of a high-functioning manufacturing team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to operate light automation equipment independently.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • English communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
  • Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain complex light automation equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Train new team members.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
