Requirements

Experience in cleanroom manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Team communication and collaboration are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

This position entails becoming proficient in a variety of semiconductor manufacturing processes, while working in a class 1000 (ISO6) cleanroom environment and wearing full cleanroom garments and PPE.
A qualified candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as being highly adaptable while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The position requires working days on a compressed workweek, following a weekly alternating 4x12 and 3x12 work schedule.
Respective candidates must have a strong work ethic and be very reliable and dependable.
