About The Position

The Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist manages accurate entry and upkeep of manufacturing records, including bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, inventory updates, and production-related documentation. This role works closely with production, purchasing, and inventory teams to keep data consistent across systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year in data entry, manufacturing admin, inventory, or procurement support preferred
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data systems
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits

Responsibilities

• Create and update part numbers, item descriptions, and manufacturing records
• Maintain BOM accuracy and support revisions/updates
• Enter and verify inventory movements, receipts, and usage data
• Support purchasing and production teams with clean, reliable data
• Run basic reports and assist with audits/data checks
• Identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with internal teams
