Job Purpose: Manage all facets of the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process and other various engineering documentation processes.
Requirements
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience training diverse groups
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Nice To Haves
- Preferred Associate degree in Business (or related field)
- Working knowledge of documentation control in manufacturing environment
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, train, implement, and maintain control systems to store and maintain engineering CAD drawings and data for Oracle ERP system.
- Coordinate ECO process to ensure accuracy and timely approval.
- Develop and maintain tracking reports of active ECO’s to determine real-time status.
- Lead weekly meetings to communicate and track ECO progress.
- Perform ongoing analysis of policies and procedures pertaining to ECO’s and documentation.
- Counsel design and manufacturing groups on related matters as necessary.
- Manage the documentation control aspects of Engineering Department.
- Act as a training resource for the department.
- Create and maintain work instructions to aid in the manufacture of Life Fitness products.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
