About The Position

Engineering Interns will work closely under the guidance of the Engineering team to apply practical, hands-on, real work experience utilizing the information and skills they have learned. A focus of the internship will be on understanding the fundamentals of manufacturing engineering. In this role, you’ll support engineering projects from concept through testing while gaining real-world experience. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and professional.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or engineering coursework.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
  • Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and data.
  • Identify and improve a process to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time, and reduce material use.
  • Study quality control processes, identify common defects and root causes, and recommend improvements.
  • Present project findings to leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
