Engineering Interns will work closely under the guidance of the Engineering team to apply practical, hands-on, real work experience utilizing the information and skills they have learned. A focus of the internship will be on understanding the fundamentals of manufacturing engineering. Requirements

Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Organized, self‑motivated, and professional.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Exposure to manufacturing or engineering coursework.

Responsibilities

Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
Organize and maintain project documentation and data.
Identify and improve a process to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time, and reduce material use.
Study quality control processes, identify common defects and root causes, and recommend improvements.
Present project findings to leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
