Manufacturing Engineering Technician Description Responsible for Advanced Machine Operation, including set up and optimization of Thermex Thermatron RF welding equipment for PVC medical device products in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom Perform advanced technical troubleshooting, including tool alignment and adjustment, to ensure high quality welds Managing spare RF tool inventory, monitoring & maintaining in-service tool condition, repairing minor arcing damage or nicks to extend tool life Prepare and test samples at prescribed intervals to ensure welds meet strict specifications Support other equipment operation and maintenance within the ISO Class 8 cleanroom, including die cutters, leak and vision testing, and tray sealing Assist in installation and validation of equipment and processes as directed. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per Cogmedix's Quality System. Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office tools. Ability to interpret a bill of material, wiring schematic, assembly drawings desired. Rate: $24-$29 per hour (Salary commensurate with experience) Cogmedix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
