About The Position

You, and possibly other interns, will be paired with a Manufacturing Mentor at FIRST RF to gain hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and RF testing of communication systems, radar systems, conformal antennas, space and navigation RF systems, and/or millimeter-wave RF systems. This internship provides exposure to manufacturing processes, including inventory management, assembly, and shipping. As an intern, you will contribute as a key member of a product team, helping achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals while expanding your technical skills and professional experience in an aerospace environment. These positions are designed for self-starting individuals who enjoy challenges and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Requirements

Must have U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Must reside in Colorado throughout the duration of the internship
Hold a valid driver’s license
Strong focus on safety compliance, quality, and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office
Good judgement and decision-making
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to peers, management, and customers
A desire to find, explore, and solve new and challenging problems
A resiliency to fail fast and often
Ability to learn quickly and complete training efficiently
