About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a First Line Manufacturing Manager to support the F/A-18 Forward Install team in Berkeley, MO. Position Responsibilities: Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
• 3+ years’ experience working with or supporting military aircraft
• This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

• Summary pay range: $111,350-$150,650 USD
