The Impact You’ll Make Own the operation of diverse manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe, consistent, high-quality output. Observe performance trends, verify measurements, and adjust machine parameters to stay within spec. Perform routine care and troubleshooting to prevent and resolve equipment issues. Capture accurate production data and escalate any deviations quickly to leadership. Work closely with teammates to achieve daily targets and on-time delivery. Model safety by following procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Help elevate the team by training new operators on equipment use and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework in machine operation is advantageous.
• Prior experience running production machinery or equivalent industrial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and machine manuals.
• Detail-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when required.
